How this wiki is organized

Every peptide has one canonical leaf page with full detail: origin, mechanism, a plain-language research summary, reported benefits, dosing protocols pulled from compounding-pharmacy guides and published trials, side effects, safety notes, and a clearly-labelled community/anecdotal-experience section sourced from self-experimentation communities. Category hub pages summarize and link to the peptides relevant to that goal — a peptide can appear in more than one category (GHK-Cu, for example, is both an anti-aging and a recovery peptide) but its full detail lives in exactly one place.

For machines: every page carries JSON-LD structured data (MedicalWebPage/CollectionPage plus BreadcrumbList), and the whole dataset is available as flat JSON at /data/peptides.json and /data/categories.json, with a sitemap at /sitemap.xml and an /llms.txt summary for LLM agents.
