This is a historical research consolidation, not fresh clinical verification. Study reports, community descriptions and regulatory statements stay distinct. App defaults and rejected drafts are not published here.
Browse by category
Categories group entries by topical relevance, including risks, context and monitoring. Membership is not evidence of benefit or a recommendation. An entry can appear in more than one category; category totals must not be added together.

How this wiki is organized
The full directory combines the original wiki with all 210 research catalogue records. Exact active-identity matches share their existing page; narrower fragments and premixed products remain distinct when equivalence is uncertain. Each study keeps its population, regimen, duration, outcome and source. Community descriptions and dated negative findings are labelled separately, and conflicting accounts are retained rather than averaged.
The public library JSON retains source associations and occurrence provenance, without app templates or rejected drafts. Original endpoints remain at peptides.json, categories.json and stacks.json. See the sitemap and llms.txt.
